Fins and Feathers is absolutely my favorite place to get food, treats, or anything else for my dogs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The owner is an excellent person and always thinks about the animals first!

Really like to support a small business.Staff was nice,helpful and proud of their establishment. Willing to help if we had any problems after getting our bunny. So far our bunny is healthy and thriving. We are very happy!

Best Experience! Owner is so obviously n animal lover n very knowledgeable w nail trimming . Excellent prices , great bones I purchased n great parking . Nail trim looks great n too n my Frenchie is a psycho w groomers . Beyond happy !

Got my ferrets from here for my mom’s birthday. They’re so adorable. Everyone in the store was so wholesome and kind! Went to other chain pet stores, and those chains were both rude AND more expensive. Was an easy buy, and someone even threw in a few treats.

I'll start this review by saying that we love TJ. As others have also stated in their reviews, TJ is a big part of the reason we visit the store quite frequently. Of course, Fins & Feathers carries excellent products and the staff is terrific as well but TJ knows his stuff! Our Winston & Gertie love when we go there, mentioning the name of the store gets a head tilt for sure! Complete, full on recommendation!

Tj and his staff are very knowledgeable and caring for all types of animals! They will give you their best recommendations based on experience and not off what someone has told them to sell. They will lead you down the right path to care for your pet unlike big box pet stores who can lead you astray. Very personable and passionate about what they do. If they don't have something you like or have bought somewhere else there is a good chance they can order it for you and have it in a few days. Great all around pet store from the dog grooming to pet care and actual pets themselves! Stop in and support a great local business that truly cares!

TJ is the dog whisperer. He’s very knowledgeable. My dog was going through heartworm treatment but she’s very smart, too smart for her own good. TJ suggested a product that I could hide her doxycycline so she would eat it. Product is the catnip for dogs. Once again TJ outdoes himself!

Hands down the BESTpet shop I've ever been to. Have been a customer for 12 years + , for supplies, treats, food, toys and grooming. We have adopted a dog and cat as well as purchased a Conure. TJ and staff are caring and go above and beyond. He has even "personally" boarded our dogs on vacation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
